| WHAT'S HAPPENING AROUND YOU!! |
As we start this year off we have already had a meeting in January to welcome new coordinators and set the Board Members about their duties. We have an Excell Training on January 29 in Greensboro in which all have been invited. The Board members will conduct a coordinators meeting and training session on February 12th at Lutheridge. We want to keep all the churches in our region informed about events happening across our area so let's communicate! Unfortunately due to weather conditions our EXCELL training was post poned until February 17 and 18.

The Chapter Board meets the second Tuesday of each month at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 51 Wilburn Place, Asheville at 6:00pm (unless otherwise notified). Bring your requests, bring your ideas and/or voice to the meeting. Check the Chapter web site for continual updates of events and meetings.

| IMMEDIATE OPENINGS-HELP WANTED |
The Blue Ridge Chapter still needs volunteers for the Events Director and Community Service Team Director positions. If you know someone who would be able to fill either of these positions-ask them or contact a board member.
DISASTER RELIEF DIRECTOR is needed for our area-training is provided. We never know when a disaster is going to happen so let's be prepared before it does. Our area needs a person or persons who would be willing to coordinate/direct during a local disaster to our beautiful area. We have already had needs go unmet since no one knew.
DON'T let this continue to happen-volunteer your knowledge and skills for our communities.
