As we end the 2005 year everyone should be very proud of the very hard work that has been done. The following is a list of Care Abounds in Communities® Projects: Note: These are in ADDITION to all of those projects held in congregations using the Care in Congregations® Funds ABCCM Support for two senimary students Food Bank Phone cards provided to service men and women Dental Program Packages, medical supplies for the needy Health and Medical Program Supported shelter for abused children Family and Child Resource Center Childhood Education--Mt. Pisgah Childcare/Preschool Blankets for Children in Pediatric Units Prison Ministry Food Banks Mann, IAM, ABCCM, Hunger Coalition, Bread of Life, Food for Fairview Missionary Support-helping with expenses Individual Help Help for cancer patient to travel and get second opinion Help with cost for eye cancer removal for 18 month old Help for women in nursing home Help for someone with Parkinson's Habitat for Humanity Adopt-A-Family Christmas Camp Lynn Haven Hurricane Relief Good Samaritan Supporting youth to go to Biloxi, Mississippt for Hurricane Relief Provided blankets and small appliances to the needy Help someone that couldn't afford to finish their home Relay for Life-American Cancer Society What a great list!
