Chapter Board Elections will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, Nags Head, NC on October 31 and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Elizabeth City, NC on November 7, 2010 during Sunday morning coffee fellowship.   Ballots will be available at the church the day of the election.
