Descendants of John Tilley, Sr.

John Tilley, Sr. was one of the approximately 100 passengers on the voyage of the Mayflower from Plymouth, England, to Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts, in 1620.

He traveled to the New World with his wife, Joan, daughter Elizabeth, and brother, Edward. John and his wife died during the first winter in Plymouth Colony. He was 48 years old at the time of the voyage.

He was the 16th signer of the Mayflower Compact.
