Welcome

This is the family of Christ at First Lutheran Church, West Barnstable!

We welcome you to our pages and to our family.  We hope you will feel, in our presence and through our faces, the power of Christ Jesus arisen and enabling us, Christ’s people, into service for all!

All are welcome here!  Come and worship.  Come and serve.

We believe that God loves us and that God forgives our sins because of Jesus Christ’s action in His life, death, resurrection and ascension.  By faith in Jesus Christ, we are children in the Kingdom of God and are given the gift of eternal life.

Our mission is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to live our lives in that FAITH.  Our mission includes reaching out to meet basic human needs and addressing current issues.

We are all stewards of all God’s gifts to us.  God calls us to use our time, talents, and treasures both inside and outside the church.
