"O Lord Almighty, blessed is the man who trusts in you" (Psalm 84:12).

Blessed is the church that trusts in You.  We are truly a blessed people of God.  We celebrate a portion of just how blessed we, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, are as we reflect on twenty-five years of ministry in Northwest Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Georgetown (and I apologize if I have missed some area).  We thank our gracious God for the positive influence we have had in these communities these past twenty-five years.  

Now, we are poised for ministry for the next twenty-five years in our rapidly changing community.  Once this area was a quiet countryside community, but not anymore.  Today we live in the middle of one of the fastest growing areas of Texas and the nation.  Today, our community is welcoming people from all age groups and family backgrounds.  Tomorrow is really here today.  Our future is truly exciting as God presents us the opportunity to be a major Christian influence in this area and beyond, even to the horizon.  

Thanks to the dedication, sacrifice and hard work of those families who started Good Shepherd, we have the opportunity to provide a God pleasing, God honoring ministry to all those whom God will lead us to and who will be lead to us.  Our future never looked more exciting than it does right now.  Let's all be part of the mission to, "bring all people into a living, personal, committed relationship with Jesus Christ."

Blessed is the congregation who trusts in the Lord.
