They excel at most every horse sport including racing, steeplechasing, showjumping, three-day eventing, hunter/jumpers and many more. | Thoroughbreds are breed throughout the world because of their speed and talent. Kentucky is one state known for having excellent thoroughbreds. Most breeding farms breed Thoroughbreds for racing. | Most thoroughbreds are well built and have a nice sloping shoulder and high withers. They also have strong hindquarters which are good for jumping. Some thoroughbreds tend to get hard to handle at times because of all of their energy. |
