Youth Programs GRIP Afterschool Program The GRIP afterschool program (God Represented In People) meets during the school year at Trinity Lutheran Church. The program is free and open to the public. GRIP I for students in grades 1-6 meets on Wednesdays from 3:15 to 5:30 p.m. Students may ride the bus to the program from Hillsdale Elementary school with parent permission. Parents are responsible for picking up their children at the end of the program. GRIP I offers non-denominational Christian education, games, an afterschool snacks, and a variety of hands-on projects and learning opportunties. Vacation Bible School VBS is offered in the summer usually in July and is open to any area youth from preschool through grade 5. The event includes crafts, songs, Bible stories, snack, games. By combining efforts with the United Methodist Church, we serve an average of 70 children with this ministry. Sunday morning Christian Education Sunday morning Christian Education is offered October through May at 9:15 a.m. All ages are welcome to come learn more about the Bible, the church and our part in God's work.   For more information on any of these activities, please call the church office or contact Cassy Brown, youth coordinator.
