St. John Bible Study Opportunies

Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study - This class will study the book of 1st Corinthians. This study will take an in-depth look at the application of God's Word to problems in the church at Corinth. Many of the same problems still 'beset' the church today. You will also experience great insights into Paul's ministry. This class meetins Sundays, following worship, in the Church Fellowship Hall.

Sunday Evening Bible Study
"Basic Christianity Refresher Course/New Member Class"

Pastor Versemann will lead this class starting Sunday September 25th, at 6:30 p.m.; and will be held each Sunday night through Sunday, November 27th. Please prayerfully consider inviting an unchurched or dechurched friend to take this class, and please come along with them, so that they will feel comfortable attending. Each class runs from 6:30-7:45 p.m. This class meets in the Church Fellowship Hall.

Mondays @ noon Men's Bible Study: The Book of Colossians
Some folks claim to have the Spirit. We rejoice because the Holy Spirit focuses on Jesus, Who put our sins on His body and disarmed the devil and all evil spirits by His death on the cross. This is life-changing salvation you can sink your teeth into. Join us Mondays, in the Library at lunchtime for a study of Paul's letter to the Colossians

Monday Evening Working Mom's In-Home Bible Study - This Bible study meets "in-the-home" and alternates locations monthly. This is a lay-led Bible study which looks at a different TOPIC in the Christian's life each month. This Bible study normally meets the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Please contact Laurie Everhardt, Connie Moss, or Krista Platte for location.

Thursday Ladie's Noon Bible Study - The topic for this class is: "Adventurous Prayer", and is led by Becky McBurney. This study meets in the Church Library

Thursday LWML Bible Study - This 'once-a-month' ladies Bible Study is held on the 2nd Thursday of each month in the Church Fellowship Hall at 1:00 p.m., and covers a different TOPIC in the Christian's life each month.

Friday Morning Adult Bible Class - This class will study The Book of Exodus. This class is held on Friday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the Church Fellowship Hall.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to
attend one of our Bible based studies.
