Thank you for visiting the website (it's brand new!) of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Crystal City/Festus, Missouri.  Many years ago, when I graduated from the Seminary, I would not have dreamed this kind of communication would be available…people from every part of the world have access to the information provided here.  Yet, the most important information we have is ancient, it is the truth we know in Jesus Christ, God's Son.  We confess that in Christ, by grace through faith, we receive the gift of eternal life.  And, amid all the technological, societal and other changes in our world, this truth remains.  It is our prayer that Immanuel can proclaim, in word and deed, the love and hope which is available only in Jesus.  Please join us in sharing, caring, loving and encouraging one another in the name of our Lord!  God bless and keep you, in Christ,
