WORSHIP AND MUSIC

  Worship and Music seeks people with a vision of expressing God's love through worship and music. This team seeks volunteers for worship services and for special services.

VISION: To enhance our relationship with God through worship and music by

• Providing enjoyable and meaningful worship opportunities for members and guests
• Re-affirming the message that ALL ARE WELCOME
• Providing an atmosphere embracing our ever-changing community
• Striving to ensure that all is prepared for worship
• Advancing music as an integral part of the worship service and special events
• Performing all above for the ministry of Christ
• Making sure that all volunteers are given a description of their activity through the church office

NURSERY COORDINATOR: The Nursery Coordinator seeks volunteers to work in the nursery on a rotational basis for the late service year-round.

VISION: To provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children 0-5 years old during the second worship service to experience the unconditional love and welcome of Christ to all.

CHOIR: Choir is the gathering of God's people who share the Word of God through song at both services.

VISION: To celebrate God’s gift of song and music with the assembly through leadership in liturgy and in special music as an extension of the Word.

ALTAR TEAM: This ministry team cares for the worshipping table and paraments as a ministry of the stewardship of gifts that we have been given in the sacraments and in worship. This team seeks volunteers who will set and prepare Holy Communion for all worship services, change paraments, and linens according to the church year calendar, and make sure all supplies are full and ready.

VISION: To share in the preparation of worship as we gather as the priesthood of all believers

WORSHIP TEAM: seeks volunteers to share in the worship experience through music and singing.

VISION: To enhance worship through Worship and Praise Music and leadership as well as by adding instruments throughout the service.

CARE TEAM: This ministry seeks volunteers who enjoy visiting those who cannot be with us on a given Sunday. Volunteers serve Holy Communion, share Scripture and prayer with those who are sick or homebound.

VISION: To empower the priesthood of all believers to share in the body and blood of our Savior after services and throughout the week ministering to those in need.
