Holy Communion is offered every Sunday and Festival Day to those in communicant membership of St. James Lutheran Church, or a sister congregation of the Lutheran Church -- Missouri Synod, or a congregation of a church body in fellowship with the Lutheran Church -- Missouri Synod.

Concordia Lutheran Mission is currently meeting at the Terrebonne Grange Hall, Terrebonne, Oregon. Terrebonne is 21 miles north of Bend, OR, and 5 miles north of Redmond, OR, on U.S. 97.
