Thrivent Builds Worldwide - Florida Region Lenten Build Trip		Thrivent Builds Worldwide trips are promoted as changing not only the lives of those we help but also our own. If you asked Diane Hauenstein, Janet Kinner, Angela Zeman, Dennis Donahue, Dick Kinner, Elaine Oliver, Mark Kaiser, and John Schultz, they would all heartily agree. That’s the TBW team from the Florida Region that traveled to Porto Alegre, Brazil, to participate in the Lenten Build in March. Our expectations were high going into the trip, and they were exceeded!We not only laid brick for a week (something none of us had done before!) helping to build 40 homes in 40 days, but we are now blessed with so many wonderful new relationships from new homeowners Osmar and his family, to the neighbors, the crew chiefs, the HFH Brazil hosts, to Jairo, our ever gracious and always smiling bus driver, and so many other new friends we met in Brazil.
