Grace Alive at 45 is a time to celebrate and thank God for our many blessings at Grace. Let’s do this by sharing our time, talents and treasures with the community.We have some wonderful community ministries at Grace and we want that list to grow.
Ministries are successful when they spring from the gifts of the spirit within each of us. Take a few minutes to reflect on your gifts (yes we all have them!!) Now contact Janet Arnold (796-5382 or jjarnold3@comcast.net) or Barbara Pohlig (768-4205 or chesterbp@comcast.net) and tell us you are ready to share your gifts with our community.
We need ideas for community ministries, people to lead and help on different projects, prayers and financial support. You can help a little or a lot. Are you already active in a ministry you would allow us to share with the congregation? Perhaps someone will want to join you in the ministry.
God has certainly taken some risk putting us in charge of His creations; we can certainly take some risk and be bold in our efforts to Honor Him with our ministries.
In keeping with the theme of the 45th Anniversary we have set a goal to participate in 45 community ministries during this celebration year but I do not think we should limit the Spirit with a number… how will you help?
