Emmanuel Lutheran Church Women Report
Emmanuel Lutheran Church Women
2002 Annual Report

This year, the ELCW once again served lunches and dinners for many occasions, including the memorials of Frieda Schulz, Agnes Garber, Mel Hein, and Eileen (Tramm) Nielsen Birkeland.

The Women of the Church also served the Lion's Club dinner in February, Crosswalk in March, Bishop Wells' visit in September, the Bodeau/Hoskins wedding reception in October, and their annual Harvest Dinner fund-raiser in November.

Included in the hardcopy report is a summary of income and expenses for the year. It should also be noted that the Women of the Church made a total of $1,150 in charitable gifts at the end of the year. These went to places such as Ogden Hall, Lutheran Outdoor Ministries, Crosswalk, Lutheran Community Services, the Reardan Deacon's Fund and others.
