The Board of Trustees shall a. be responsible for maintaining the properties of the congregation in good condition. b. be authorized to make necessary repairs involving an expenditure of not more then $500.00 without the approval of the Church Council. c. make an annual inspection of the church's properties and make recommendations for repairs and improvements. d. maintain an adequate insurance program for the congregation. e. supervise custodial services. f. determine regulations for the use of church properties and equipment. g. carry out resolutions of the Voters Assembly on purchases, repairs, replacements, etc., of church property and equipment.
