PEANUT BUTTER DIP 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup honey Apple slices Whisk together peanut butter and yogurt. Add honey and mix well. Core apples and cut into 1/8 segments. Sprinkle apples with a little lemon juice so they don't turn brown. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator; dip keeps up to 2 weeks or until the expiration date of the yogurt, whichever comes first.
