Our Seminarian
July 19, 2009 Lee Gable, a member of Holy Trinity left on the first leg of his adventure into Ordained Ministry. Lee is now attending Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. He is enrolled in a 4 year Master of Divinity program. Our prayers go with him to Iowa as he answers God's call.

Two years of seminary have gone by quickly. For the upcoming third year I will be going on Internship. On Ash Wednesday I was assigned to the Northern Light Parish in North Dakota. They have locations in Cavalier, Neche, and Pembina, ND. All are located in the North East corner of the state.

I look forward to serving with Pastor Beth Peterson, who will be my supervisor for the year. In my journey I am strengthened and nourished by the promise of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I look forward to the gathering of God's people and sharing of Holy Communion. Worship and Fellowship are the building blocks of my ministerial expression.

Within this internship community of believers I look forward to sharing time and conversation, whether its around a table or around the fire pit. I want to learn about and love the people in this place. I pray that our time together will be made up of mutual learning and growth. May our Lord Jesus Christ be our Light in our life together.
