shall be a wellspring to the spiritual life and growth of its members and its
communities. It shall be the Mission of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church

and Word of Jesus Christ so that everyone may see Him, and our faith, in what
we do and say;
A ffirm and sustain, as
family, one another and all those in need of love, hope and understanding;
T each people of all ages
about the message of Jesus Christ through the Bible, Luther’s Catechism and a commitment
to lifelong learning.
E nrich the lives of those,
near and far, with thankful and caring use of our time, talent and treasure.
R ejoice and celebrate God’s love and grace in our worship, fellowship and daily lives.
