"Helping the helpless help themselves"
This fund, begun in 2000, is designed to respond quickly, if necessary, to emergencies and crises in both national and international situations, to show people who are in urgent need the love of God in a tangible way, until other traditional sources of help become available to them.
All gifts to the LEMC will be used as follows:
- One half of it will be held in an account, ready to help those in emergency, crisis, or situations of great need;
- One half will be invested in a permanent fund, the proceeds of which will continue to help people in the future .
Please help the helpless to help themselves!
