Peter Knight's News 2004-2005 |
|
|
Peter is now in the seventh grade, on the "Morse Team".This year he passed the selective classification test and is a member of the FDR HS Boys Swim Team. He began diving lessons this summer, and enjoyed it so much that he continued through the fall and now competes in diving in interscholastic competition. He also swims on the St Columba Dolphins Swim Team, and plays for the "Strikers", our town's travel soccer team. And sometimes he plays golf with his dad. He plays trumpet in the school band, but also enjoys learning to play guitar. He enjoys taking trips with the school ski club to Catamount, Windham, Stratton and Gore Mountains. Peter is working towards his confirmation at church, and will be ready for his first Communion this year. Always smiling- cheerful and easy-going, Peter is a true individual, and a fine competitor. |

Peter completed the Cub Scouts in 2004, and earned every achievement pin as a Webelo, including the "Arrow of Light". We had a lot of fun in scouts- the Eskimo Run, overnight on the Battleship, camping at Hershey Park, Community Service- planting flowers around St. Timothy church, selling popcorn, caroling at the nursing home, Father-son camping weekend at Noteeming, and so much more. |
. . . . . . . Peter is also a member of the "Strikers" travel soccer team. We played games as far away as Mahopac, Lewisboro, and North Salem N.Y. Finishing - UNDEFEATED . |

"Where I'm From" by PeterI'm from a house that is always doing something. My brother making movies, my Mom cleaning, my Dad playing golf outside or me playing soccer outside. My Dad, Mom, brother and I do one thing together, eat dinner. My room is usually messy, there's clothes all over. Most of the time you can't even walk in it. I have a computer, it is usually off and my wardrobe doors are usually hanging open. My yard is pretty big, but there is a big hill next to it. I come from a place that is cool but not calm. by Peter Knight December 2004 | |
