Our Mission |

The mission of Golden Triangle C.A.R.E.s is to assist the elderly, mentally and physically challenged, the under-insured and uninsured victims of disaster in restoring their homes to safe, sanitary and functional condition. |

Progress |
The building of this client's new house has been delayed by spring rains. Framing is being constructed off site by Church of the Brethren volunteers at Mennonite Disaster Service's camp. |
Since November, 2002 GTCAREs has assisted over 100 clients. The majority of repair work is now completed. Church of the Brethren volunteers are currently assisting in the building of three new houses for tornado survivors. GTCARES could assist five additional families in building replacement homes. We estimate that these five houses could be completed with an additional $100,000 in funding. If you would like to make a donation please send those to the address below. | |
