Join Hands Day 2007

On May 5, 2007, fraternalists and nonfraternalists alike came together for JOIN HANDS DAY—and made a difference in their communities through helpful projects that connected youth and adults. Every year, JOIN HANDS DAY gives fraternal benefit societies and volunteer organizations the opportunity to reach out to people they don’t know, to connect generations and develop new relationships.

If you would like your Join Hands Day event posted on our web-site as well, please submit your photos and stories! Just send a digital photo to dale.oelker@thrivent.com and remember to provide a short story, the name of the people and details regarding the photo. You will need to obtain a consent form for any person in the photo; if the child is under the age of 18, a parent must provide a signature.
