Greater Iowa Region (RFO 365) - Adventureland 2009

Great summer fun is coming to the Greater Iowa Region! Join us for a day at Adventureland for Thrivent Members on June 27, 2009. The park will open at 10:00 am with a dinner available from 3:30 - 5:00 pm.

Our RFO will have 1,500 tickets available to be purchased by Chapters and Financial Associates. These tickets are available now, and will be distributed starting April 1st.

The cost per ticket will be $10.00 which will include admission to the amusement park, as well as a meal consisting of a hamburger, hotdog, 2 sides and beverage. Children under the age of three will be admitted free into the Park. Along with a ticket to the park, each person will also receive a meal ticket to be used for dinner.

Your Chapter may purchase tickets and then either sell the tickets to members or give them to members. You may use operating funds to purchase the tickets.

I will need to receive your payment for the tickets first, before the tickets will be disbursed. Please include the name of your chapter, along with where the tickets should be mailed. Make checks payable to Adventureland and send to me at the Johnston address listed below.

Keep in mind this is a member event intended for Thrivent families to enjoy a day at the amusement park. It is not intended for families to have their family reunions, birthday parties, etc. at the park or area churches to advertise to all their members to sign up.
