Columbia County is located in south-central Wisconsin. Our county chapter borders extend from Columbus on the East to Wisconsin Dells on the West. We have 22 Lutheran churches within our chapter, each with three congregational coordinators. Our ten chapter leaders come from various towns within the county - Portage, Lewiston township, Rio,
Arlington and Madison. Madison is outside Columbia County but our coach, Faye Underdahl, lives there and goes to church near Rio, so her membership is in Columbia County. Other towns in our county are Columbus, Cambria, Pardeeville, Wyocena, Poynette and Lodi. It is a lovely area in which to live and we have many Thrivent members within the twenty-two churches. |
