Send Funding Request Forms by e-mail or US Postal mail to the
Community Service Team Director, Jere Hill, 5080 N Stonehouse Place, Tucson,AZ 85750 or cactusdata@aol.com. The deadline to submit Requests for Funding is the third Thursday of the month or the last Thursday prior the Chapter meeting which is held on the last Tuesday of each month. There are no Chapter meetings in June, July nor December. |
