Grants with matching funds approved for month: Up to $500 for computer printer for CLU's student newspaper with students and faculty donating dollars. Up to $250 for Scandinavian Center landscaping with fundraiser held at Barnes & Nobles Bookfair.

Audit committee consisting of Gary Lindgren, Frank Schaible and George Lange completed audit and submitted Certificate of Audit to Appleton. They thanked Pat for the good quality of her work and records. Joan will record the audit as 18 hours of volunteer work (5 per auditor) and the time Jerry and Pat took to set up audit. Joan sent the three auditors Thrivent thank you notes.

Dick submitted requests to Chris den Heijer for upcoming events to be posted on our website and will also forward this information to Appleton. Dick is also working on publicity for our Join Hands Day Event to plant a MANNA garden at Holy Trinity on May 7, 2005.

Motion was made, seconded and unanimously approved to name Jerry Miller, Financial Director. Pat will be his assistant. Pat's husband, Terry, is recovering at home.
