Current Activities |
As you remember from our first newsletter this year, the Adair County board made 100 discount tickets availble to members in our county for Adventureland Park. We had an excellent day at the park. The weather was a bit warm to start, but cooled down after a brief rain shower came through. The dinner at the Palace Theater was very good, and well organized.A big thank you to everyone who made the day possible. Moon Benefit |
We are participating in an upcoming benifit in the Adair area. We will be working with the Guthrie County Thrivent to provide help for a Casey family experiancing difficult times. The Eric Moon family is facing some medical difficulties, coupled with financial stresses and unemployment issues. We will be having a benefit on August 2nd at the Adair-Casey School at 10:30 am - 1:00. Serving dinner and having a pie auction. If anyone is interested in making a donation of any kind, please contact Pat Pettinger at 641-742-3383. | |
