Congregational Advocates should use this form to request funding from our Chapter operating funds. These funds are used for administration and social events. Fundraising and hands-on service projects are funded through Care Abounds in Communities.To request operating funds for honoring confirmands, graduates, etc., fill out the form and return to Financial Director, Jean Heston at least 30 days in advance of the event. Our chapter will reimburse up to $50 per event. Receipts must be attached.
