Summer is just about over and we have had a fantastic year so far. We built a wheel chair ramp for a family in Savanna who has been carrying their 14year old son down the steps to get on the school bus for sometime.....We had some youth working with us on the project and they had a great time. One of the young men commented the next day at the dinner table, that the smile on the faces of the family was all he needed......What a great inspiration for our youth of today.......We are also finishing up on a fund raiser for the Darrell DeGraff family in Lanark. What a great family and over 1,300 people attended the benefit.....
We are now working on a project for the Gordon Jones Center in Lanark. We are going to build some picnic tables and glider and maybe a canopy over one of the tables.... We may also do some landscaping, planting grass seed and flowers around the glider......
