During the March meeting, a motion was made, seconded, and passed, "effective for the next six months, ending September 1st, to match $1.00 for every $2.00 raised up to $800.00 per project, and to allot to each of the six congregations that have three coordinators the amount of $1,600.00. At the September meeting we will re-evaluate the disbursement of the remaining unreserved funds". | |
