Care Abounds in Communities Funding Request Form |
In 2010, the Northern Dakota County Chapter Board provided over $37,000 to help support many nonprofit organizations and activities in our community. This help was in addition to the financial help distributed through the Lutheran churches in our community.
The board looks forward to reviewing requests for 2011, and the process begins by completing the Care Abounds in Communities Request Form (click the attachment below). Only completed forms which include a list of 6 Thrivent members will be reviewed. The form is due no later than the 30th of each month to be reviewed by the board which meets the 1st Tuesday of each month. Please submit the request form before your event; 6 weeks prior to your event is preferred. This allows time for documentation, board review, and inclusion of Thrivent identity in any appropriate communications. Any requests received after the date of the event will not be considered.
