ABOUT WEST SIDE STORY More than fifty years ago one musical changed theater forever. Now it’s back, and mesmerizing audiences once again. Directed by its two-time Tony® Award-winning librettist Arthur Laurents, West Side Story remains as powerful, poignant and timely as ever. The new Broadway cast album of West Side Story recently won the 2010 Grammy® Award for Best Musical Show Album. The Bernstein and Sondheim score is considered to be one of Broadway’s finest and features such classics of the American musical theater as “Something’s Coming,” “Tonight,” “America,” “I Feel Pretty” and “Somewhere.” West Side Story may contain mature content, including violence, racism and sexual situations. Deadline to Direct Choice Dollars is March 31 (recurring direction option removed in 2013) A reminder to eligible benefit members 2011 Choice Dollars expire on March 31! It's easy to direct Choice Dollars online or by calling 800-THRIVENT (800-847-4836) and saying "Thrivent Choice." Note: The Member Connection Center will not be open on Saturday, March 31. Any members wanting to direct Choice Dollars by phone prior to the deadline will need to call the Member Connection Center by 9 p.m. Central Standard Time on Friday, March 30.
