Feb 28th, 5:30PM at N6596 Westwind Dr, Fond du Lac, WI. Members are welcome to attend. We are currently reevaluating our guidelines for approval of Care in Communities requests. We won't have any funds available until April 1, 2012 and will let everyone know the new protocol once we have established it. Thank you for your patience. | |

CARE ABOUNDS IN COMMUNITIESCheck the calendar for upcoming Care Abounds in Communities projects that you can volunteer to help with and contact info. Also click on "forms" to get copies of Request forms and instructions for match funds or work project help.
