Family, friends, Habitat employees, and Thrivent Financial members attended groundbreaking ceremonies for these two homes on Saturday, June 14. The proud recipient of the Irvine Avenue lot is the Kari Jedlicka family with the Jamie Woodard and Lisa Christenson family receiving the home on Mississippi Ave.

Thrivent builds with Habitat for Humanity is a four-year, $105 million alliance designed by Habitat for Humanity and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans to substantially increase Habitat�s capacity to serve more families in need of affordable housing.

Please visit the ReStores - a store that recycles overstocked, discontinued, new, and used building materials donated by manufacturers, stores, contractors, and individuals - sells to the public or uses in construction of Habitat houses. All revenue from sales goes to the local affiliate in support of its building program.
