Southeast Oakland County Chapter
A Chapter dedicated to serving its members by assisting them in doing the service they choose. The Chapter Leadership is committed to managing the resources in our care to make them available for supporting activities throughout the year. Our desire is; 1) that all Community Service Teams formed in each congregation in the Chapter should receive support, 2) that every congregation in the Chapter receive all the Care in Congregations funds allocated to them, and 3) that we are good stewards of the funds applying Biblical Guidance in our decision making.

We want you to know that Board Meetings occur on the second Tuesday of the month. They begin at 9:30 AM and run until 11:30 AM. We meet at Good Shepherd in Royal Oak located between 11 & 12 Mile Road on Campbell Road. It is easily accessible from I-75 via the 11 Mile Road exit, head West to Campbell and then North one half mile to the Church.

You are invited to attend - - this is your Chapter and your participation is welcome.

The general agenda for the meeting after opening with prayer is Financial status, Approval of the Minutes, Correspondence, relevant Director Reports, and then Requests for Funding consideration.

The Board has approved the allocation of funds to assist the congregations; 1) the purchase of as much as $100 worth of Thrivent logo supplies requested through their assigned Financial Associate, and 2) the purchase of a 4'X6' Thrivent Banner to be displayed at appropriate activities and stored at your Church.
