The Service Team Leader (Contact Person) is responsible to perform the following to ensure the funds will be secured for the event.The activity has to be promoted as being hosted by the "East Lucas County Thrivent Chapter" or "Thrivent." Promotional material such as signs, posters, bulletin inserts and new release templates are available online. You are required to submit copies of the publicity used for your event stating Supplemental funding provided by East Lucas County Thrivent Chapter.
**********ALL REPORTS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SENT WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER YOUR EVENT**********
After the activity is completed, the service team leader (contact person) needs to provide the chapter with:
1. Report for Funding Activity Results
2. Any receipts (or legible copies) from the activity, expenses.
3. Any checks, signed permission to disclose and/or donation forms in an envelope, and submit them to your chapter Financial Director.
After you have completed the activity, please mail the above items to the ELCC Financial Director.
