Trinity Lutheran Church is located at 2620 Ohio Blvd, Terre Haute, Indiana. The church is immediately north of "The Meadows Shopping Center" on the east side of Terre Haute. Ohio Blvd is an east-west road accessed from US 41 at the west and from Fruitridge Avenue on the east. South 25th Street and Ohio Blvd Intersection will bring you within sight of the church as you look to the northeast. |

Food Vouchers |
|
Donations are needed to replenish Trinity’s Food Vouchers to help those in need. Trinity has partnered with the Terre Haute Ministries 211 assistance program. Trinity has chosen to provide food vouchers. We need to provide a committed monthly amount to the program. This is not a line item in our budget and can only be supported by your generosity. Thank you to those who have and to those who continue to support this outreach of Trinity. Questions regarding this program should be directed to Charles Parks or Pastor Dana.

Recycling Center for Trinity Events |
|
The property committee has set up a recycling center in the old kitchen for paper, plastic, cardboard and tin cans used at Trinity. Cardboard that is too large for the bins may be broken down and placed next to them. This will cut down on our trash as well as allow us to be better stewards of the earth and its resources. We hope to see items used for Sunday School, VBS, the daycare, the office, and other programs recycled. Remember to rinse plastic and tin before putting them in the bins. At this time, we do not feel we have the manpower or space to open this up to members for personal use. Members are still encouraged to bring aluminum cans for recycling.

Volunteers Needed |
|
The property committee is asking for your help with the recycling project. We would like to schedule a family each month to take the recycle materials from the totes in the old kitchen to ISU or Goodwill. They would need to check the totes during the month and take them only when full and at the end of the month. Please sign up on the sheet provided in the narthex of the church. Campbell's Soup Labels |
|
Yes! We still send in soup labels to the Navajo Lutheran Evangelical Mission, Rock Point, AZ. The most recent update is that Campbell's only requires the UPC bar code from the label. So just clip and put them in the basket in the Narthex. | |

Deadline Reminder |
• Items for Sunday bulletin need to be in the office by 10:00am Thursday.• Committee reports need to be in the office by noon the Friday before Council meets on Monday. • Newsletter articles are due by the 20th of the month (if the 20th falls on the weekend, items are accepted on the following Monday). • Contact hours for the church office are weekdays, 10am - 12:30pm.

Start saving your aluminum cans or anything aluminum NOW for the matching dollar value by Novelis Corporation this fall. The funds are matched and donated to Habitat for Humanity. There is a box in the fellowship hall for your donation. Questions ... contact Dennis or Leota Ehm. | |
