Confirmation is a very important rite in our church by which people are received into communicant membership. It is our prayer that our Lord will bless these children of God as they strive to remain faithful unto death so they receive the crown of life.

What's In Your Family Album? |
Just a reminder, got family pics you'd like to share, pass them on to me along with alittle caption of your own making to go with each photo. Photos can be sent to me as digital camera files (usually JPG) or regular pictures that I can scan into the computer. All hardcopy photographs may be left in my mailbox at church or pass them on to Debbie in the Church office. I suggest hard copy photographs be put in an envelope with the provider's name on the outside so we can get them back to you as soon as I get them scanned. Photos will run on the site for a week or two until I get new photos to post.

Confirmation Classes If you have children or grandchildren who are in 5th through 6th grades and would like to attend confirmation class please call the Church office or see Pastor Frechette after Sunday services. Classes start back up after the New Year.

A theme the Apostle Paul returns to often throughout his letters in the New Testament is that of putting off the Old Adam and putting on the New Self. Get rid of those things that are a hindrance to your life in Christ. "Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. And be thankful". (Colossians 3:2, 15). Focusing on temporal problems, we tend to get bogged down. Setting our minds on things above, however, we cannot but be thankful for all God is and all He has done and continues to do for us in Christ. |
