Michael S. Craven, age 24, of Miltona, Minnesota died Saturday, November 3, 2001 as the result of an auto accident. Mike was born on February 12, 1977 at New Richmond, Wisconsin to Scott and Debra (Walker) Craven. He went to school in Alexandria. Mike liked music and especially loved to listen to Pink Floyd and Aerosmith. He was a hunter and liked snowmobiling and camping. He was an excellent drawer and loved spending time with his family.He is survived by his mother: Debra Craven and fiancé Kyle Keller of Miltona; sister: Melissa Craven of Minneapolis; brother: Curt Craven of Miltona; daughter: Sadie Rose Marie Craven of Elk River; grandmothers: Dorothy Craven of Minneapolis; Donna Disbrow of Florida; great-grandparents: Dan and Shirley McGinness of Minneapolis; aunts: Dianne, Michelle, Nancy, Steph, Jenny and Lesa; uncles: Donny, Danny, Kevin and Randy; cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Scott Craven.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday November 7, 2001 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Alexandria with Reverend Mark Astrup officiating. Organist was Becky Worley.
Interment was in Carlos Prairie Cemetery in Carlos. Pallbearers were Curt Craven, Luke Shamp, Greg Johnson, Tim Johnson, Kris Johnson and Jamie Johnson.
Arrangements were with the Anderson Funeral Home.
