So you were perusing the internet and thought you would see if any people you knew from the past would show up in your web browser. Well here I am. I have some contact info and my email at the bottom of the page if I know you, but if you are some freaky person stalking me or a spammer then the link doesn't work. |

I have taken up ocean fishing as a hobby and drag my friends into it as well. I mostly go on 1/2 day trips out of Newport Beach or Dana Point. However, the last few years I have gone on overnight boats out of San Diego to catch albacore tuna and have come home with some great tasting fish.

So are you hitched yet? |

|
Yep. Melinda and I tied the knot June 20, 1998. She is a Professor at Concordia University, Irvine. | | | So what do you do for a living? |
Well, I taught 7th grade at Hope Lutheran School in Glendora, CA for 2 years. I actually was the homeroom teacher and also did 6th grade and 8th grade science in addition to 7th grade Religion, Math, Science, Social Studies, Art, & P.E. I also coached girls Varsity basketball to a league championship. | Hope Lutheran Church and School |
I then taught at Lutheran High School of Orange County for 5 years. I taught Biology, Honors Biology, and Chemistry. Of course I had extra curricular responsibilities instituting and advising what I think may be the only Taxidermy club in Lutheran High Schools around the world. | Lutheran High School of Orange County |
Now I teach at Concordia University in Irvine, CA. I am a Professor of Science Education there.

My newest adventure - Schulteis Science |
|
I have been asked to do a number of presentations on the teaching of science and science education so I set up a site with a little information for folks seeking in-service, workshop, and conference presentations. If you or someone you know is looking for such a thing, have them click below or type "Schulteis Science" into their google web browser.
