General Information

Retreat:

$75.00 with Saturday Breakfast

$70.00 WITHOUT Saturday Breakfast

Fee:

Includes retreat fee and meals.

One registration form per person is required. Registration forms may be copied or acquired over the Internet at: http://www.lutheransonline.com/lo/CACWR

All roommates need to mail their registration forms with payment by the same date or together in one envelope.

Deadline:

Enrollment is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Final deadline is October 25, 2004.

Refund:

A partial refund will be issued for cancellations received through October 29, 2004. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after this date.

Hotel:

In order to attend the retreat, you must register directly with the hotel for a minimum of Saturday evening.
