NEW! Quilting Group Tuesdays at 9 a.m.
All interested in quilting are welcome. No experience needed.
Group made 54 quilts for Lutheran World Relief in 2014.
Donations of used sheets and leftover material are always appreciated.
Christmas Food Baskets for Local Families
To donate food, please sign up in the lobby.
We are teaming up with the Sylvan Lake Police to provide gifts for the children in these families.
Please bring your donations by Sunday, Dec. 21. Thanks!
Ongoing Collections To Help Others
Drop-off containers for donations are in the church lobby area.
Items being collected are:
- Mittens, gloves, scarves, hats and warm socks for children.
- Labels and box tops for education for Roosevelt School.
- Non-perishable foods for the Good Samaritan Church Food Pantry.
- Care package items for deployed military sent by the Desert Angels project,
including socks, blank cards, snacks, toiletries, used or new magazines and books.
Senior Stretch and Tone
Come and exercise with us, Tuesdays and Thursdays 11 a.m. - 12 noon.

Gentle Yoga Fall Session Oct. 1 - Dec. 31
Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon.
Extremely affordable $5.00 per class.
Instructor from Belightful Yoga.
Please bring mat and wear comfortable clothing.
No prior yoga experience necessary. Drop-ins welcome.

A BIG Thanks to ALL!
For the special noisy offering collected on Nov. 30 and Dec. 7 for the
Offin Children's Centre and Mary Osei Tutu's work with foster care and adoptions in Ghana.
For the donations for Thanksgiving food baskets for four local families.
Especially for the Roosevelt School classes that collected 118 boxes of stuffing,
300 boxes of cornbread mix, 96 cans of green beans, 86 cans of corn,
and other veggies, fruits, cake mixes and jello. WOW!
