Here are some ideas for all sorts of families. We are sure to keep families in our prayers, so let us know if you have a family concern!

	ADD SOMETHING TO YOUR FAMILY CONVERSATIONS! + Find a time. Pick a time in the evening when you and your spouse can sit down after the kids have gone to sleep or they're busy doing homework or watching television. + Create a relaxing atmosphere. Brew coffee or make tea. fire or play some quiet instrumental music to create the atmosphere for you both to share your day. + Be consistent. When you sit down, ask each other the same question. It can be, "How was your day?" or "What was part of your day?" A little structure helps keep things on + Set a time limit. Decide how much time you want to set catch up with each other. Make sure you don't go over. While some ways it can be great to keep talking, you want to make you've both had equal time to share. A cooking timer works This is especially important ifone spouse-or both!-is a + Try again. Be prepared for the first attempts to be rocky. If your first time goes smoothly, perhaps the second night you may have an arguement. The third time you may feel better. Your talk time doesn't have to happen every night, but aim at least three times during the week to stay connected with each other.

[Don’t compartmentalize your faith.] 4. Be authentic. 5. Serve together 6. Pray for your children and with them. 7. Learn and communicate love in their language
