What is Happening?(19 March 2003)
We have had a major snow storm that hit Colorado in the last 2 days. In Loveland we had 19 inches of snow and Fort Collins, I hear, had 31 inches of snow. It was one of the worst blizzards to hit Colorado though Loveland was spared somewhat from the full brunt of the storm. This gave me time to prepare the 2002 Christmas letter for the web. To find out what we did in 2002 read our 2002 Christmas letter. Paul
Long Time No Update (7 October 2002)
It has been a very long time since I wrote anything here. To update you, Gail and I are doing just fine in Loveland. We took a trip to SW Colorado in June and enjoyed it. It is a beautiful part of Colorado. We did get to see the Missionary Ridge Fire, though we tried our best to avoid all the fires. To find out what we did in 2001 read our 2001 Christmas letter. It has been a very long time. Paul

We moved! (3 November 2001)
We moved at the end of May to Loveland. This means that we lost our cable modem. We are now at the slower phone connection. But being in Loveland is very nice. We are closer to our church and the friends there as well as being in a nice big new house. We are enjoying our new home. We hope this new website will work well for us and for you.

What I Believe (10 March 2001)
In 1997 I wrote a statement of what I believe. It is sort of a creed. It gives an idea of what I think is important and it emphasizes some things that I was wrestling with at the time. Note it is copyrighted. I ask that you respect the copyright and acknowledge my authorship because a lot of effort went into it. Also it is an unfinished document I may revise it at some time in the future.

Michael Card Concert (25 February 2001)
Last night we went to a Michael Card concert. Michael Card is one of our favorite singers. Each song of his has been thoughtfully produced, so that the music fits the words. Since each song is thoughtfully produced and is based scripture, each song like a mini bible study that causes you to think and reflect on the words of the song. It was an enjoyable evening.

Merry Christmas! (18 December 2000)
Have a wonderful Christ-filled Christmas! Read our Christmas letter and catch up what has been happening in our lives this past year.

Some Pictures from the Summer and the Fall (24 November 2000)
We had an enjoyable summer and fall. We had several friends visit and we enjoyed showing them the area. One of our favorite spots to show visitors is Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a beautiful place. We spent time in the mountains by ourselves too and took a trip there in October. Also this summer Paul got to visit with some old roommates of his.

Some Christian Links (11 November 2000)
Gail and I are Christians. The abundant life we share in Jesus Christ with each other and other Christians is wonderful. God desires all to know him and his love. Jesus Christ died on a cross to take our sins, the sins of the whole world, upon himself. This was done out of love for us, so that we might be right with God. If you wish to learn more about Jesus and God, feel free to contact us at the email below. I have put together a page of Christian links. I will be updating this page from time to time as I remember and find good Christian web sites. (Note we are Lutheran.) Paul

Enjoying Married Life (16 September 2000)
We now have been married 13 months and 1 day. For us life together has been a wonderful experience. We both took to married life like ducks to water. That surprised me, but we both have worked at our marriage and desire its success. I was just thinking how one small decision (deciding to email Gail over two years ago) led to this wonderful life together with her. Funny how small things can have life changing consequences. God has blessed us in our life together. Paul

A New Beginning, A New Web Page (5 August 2000)
Here we make a new start with a new web page on our web site. The @Home cable modem makes for fast connections. We are happy with the speed. It is very nice. The smart thing we did was we installed a firewall Zone Alarm for we have had a couple Alert messages notifying us of probing our ports.
