WHO WE ARE:
Lutheran Social Services of Indiana is a ministry of the Lutheran Church. The Agency is recognized by the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. As an agency of the Lutheran Church, our staff, volunteers, members of our Board of Directors and committees reflect these values which are consistant with the Christian faith.OUR CORE VALUES:
*FAITH* First, we do what we do because of our faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Without his death and resurrection, we would all be lost. Our service to others is a reflection of the love He has for us.
*INTEGRITY* As a Christian organization, we must always strive to demonstrate integrity in everything we do. This includes not only our service to our clients but also in our relationships to our churches and our other supporters.
*SERVICE* As Christ has instructed us, we serve the least of our brothers and sisters. Our services must always help to eleminate the suffering and problems of the needy.
*STEWARDSHIP* The need to serve the poor and hurting will always be greater than the available resources. Thus, we must manage every dollar as we serve as many clients as possible.
