Faith Lutheran Church, Tujunga, California

Faith Lutheran Church from Apperson Street.
Faith Lutheran Church, Tujunga was organized in 1946. We were served by the Reverend Robert Mittelstaedt from the beginning until 1974. The Reverend Claude Baker served from May 1975 until June 2006.

The large stained glass window is one of a set of three at the church entrance. On one side, the work of the Father in creation is depicted. The shield of Faith features the redemptive work of the Son in the cross. Symbols for the Holy Spirit in the third window include a wind and a dove.

Skylar's Baptism

Skylar with 2 of her 8 godparents; Glenn and Suzanne
Skylar was baptized on October 21, 2001. She was the youngest member of Faith Lutheran.
