TLC Childcare Center is a caring, non-profit ministry of Trinity Lutheran Church. We seek to build a Christ-centered, positive, trusting relationship with children and their families. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for the whole family. Most of all, we want parents to feel confident and secure about leaving their children at TLC. At TLC, we believe children and their needs DO come first. Children do learn through play and discovery, as well as through a secure, accepting and loving environment. Given developmentally appropriate opportunities, children do learn to make good choices, to explore new options, and come to see themselves as capable individuals with usefull skills and ideas. We believe each child is a unique individual who should be encouraged to develop at his/her own pace. It is our commitment to help children develop into competent, confident, caring, creative, capable, and loving individuals. |
