BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING
SEPTEMBER 17, 2009PRESENT: Stuart Barnes, Dwain Dixson, Tom Farrell, Dean Hull, Sue DeMoss, Mike DeMoss, Tina Ammermann, Ken Kuhn, Jo Van Hoveln, Paul Van Hoveln, Pastor Fienen, and Jan Mann.
Paul Van Hoveln, Mike DeMoss, Pam Hull, David Ammermann, and John Adams have been appointed as a call committee regarding the DCE position. The Concordia Plan Option C was selected for health insurance for employees of Immanuel for 2010. Elders have recruited volunteers to visit members who haven’t attended church three times during the past year. Properties reported that the Knox box has been installed and the light on our flag has been repaired. Evangelism would like to bring back our puppet ministry. Parish Education noted that the Children’s Christmas Program will be on December 20.
The next board meeting will be Sunday, October 11 at 6 p.m. Pastor Fienen closed with prayer.
