Management of building maintenance and property are overseen by the Board of Properties who are tasked by the Constitution to:

A. inventory and protect all congregational property and provide the necessary service to all equipment.

B. Enlist and supervise the services of custodians and, as necessary, enlist the aid of members of the congregation whose skills can be utilized in the repair, maintenance, and improvements of the congregation's properties.

C. Establish policies for the use of the congregation's properties and shall be custodian of the keys.

D. Serve as the congregation's members on the Board of the Lutheran Cemetery Association.
